Lauren Ives

Lauren joined MMBA in 2018 and has since become a key member of the team. As a Senior Accountant, Lauren manages a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on medium-sized businesses and property accounts. With a strong background in accounting, she specialises in preparing accounts and tax returns, offering tailored financial solutions to meet the unique needs of her clients.

Lauren is Level 3 AAT qualified and is currently working towards her ACCA qualification, with only two exams remaining. She is set to complete her ACCA qualification in September 2025. Additionally, Lauren holds a 2:1 BSc in Applied Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, which complements her analytical and problem-solving skills.

In addition to her technical expertise, Lauren excels in team management, overseeing a dedicated group of professionals and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. Her exceptional time management skills allow her to balance multiple responsibilities, ensuring that client needs are met while maintaining a smooth workflow within the team.
